I just got home from work and the lighter has arrived. I'm absolutly thrilled with it!!! Its beautiful. The Zippo I purchased is absolutely fantastic! It is for a colleagues 30th Birthday gift!I know he will simply love it and I am so pleased with it myself I am now putting a little shopping list together of things to get for other people! A great zippo with my children engraved on it, including their names, nothing seems too much trouble for kraftsbykrystal. They are great communicators and with speedy answers and delivery i'm sure i will be dealing with them again. Thank you once again

I am absolutely thrilled to bits with my purchase from kraftsbykrystal. The engraving is superb, better than I expected, and the delivery time was extrememyl fast, I personally thought it would be a week or two but it arrived within 36 hours of the order being placed. Communications was also very good, and Sandra is very helpful and friendly.
